Dr. Carollo holds many patents for crude oil exploration.  Among the most valuable are those focused on applications of AMT technology in the accurate underground imaging for the oil, gas and mineral business sectors.  He possesses an outstanding and varied depth of knowledge regarding seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation, both for land and marine applications.  Dr. Carollo has extensive experience in the exploration, drilling, production, refining and transmission of crude oil and natural gas.  He has applied this knowledge in many global venues, including Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Venezuela, Saudi Arabia, Russia, the United States and Canada.  His broad staff management and administrative experience, combined with his fundamental comprehension of “state of the art” exploration technologies and risk management techniques will ensure that the Company will be well prepared to maintain efficient logistics and successful strategic management when dealing with today’s volatile energy markets.

DR. CARL JOHNSON, PhD

Lead Consulting Oil & Gas Exploration & Development
Senior Geologist

Dr. Johnson is the Senior Geologist for CORPO-PETROL and currently leads the CORPO-PETROLexploration and development teams.  In that capacity, he has been selecting and overseeing drilling teams on a variety of sites on the Company’s properties.  He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry sector, giving him a wealth of valuable knowledge with which to lead CORPO-PETROL’s operations.

During his career, Dr. Johnson has worked as a Geologist and Lead Geologist for Marathon Oil, Placid Petroleum, Exxon Minerals USA (in uranium exploration) and the Gulf Oil Corporation.  While at Gulf, he was credited with inventing the process of using a scintillation counter to create a surface gamma-ray log of measured sections.  His leadership at Placid Oil’s Great Basin program gave him the opportunity to prove his process, and it subsequently has become generally accepted practice in geology.  While working at Placid, Dr. Johnson was able to validate many of Shell Oil Company’s staked measured sections with former Shell geologists, who had been engaged in evaluating these sections in the 1950s and 1960s.  He was able to authenticate the geological structure of the Great Basin by using his new technique of surface gamma-ray logs.  His publication of this work attracted the attention of national and international oil companies.  Many of them have applied his surface gamma ray log technique worldwide.

In 1983, Dr. Johnson earned awards from the National American Association of Petroleum Geologists for his work on surface gamma-ray logs in the Wyoming thrust belt and in the Great Basin.  Subsequently, he received a blue ribbon from the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.  He has been honored twice with the coveted Levorson Award for his developments in modeling the Mississippian Antler Basin and other efforts.  The Levorson Award is considered one of the highest achievements possible for a geologist, recognizing significant contributions to the field.

Carl Johnson received his B.A. and M.S. degrees at Texas A&M University and his Ph.D. from Colorado School of Mines.

JONATHAN FORD

Vice-President of Oil & Gas Commercialization

Mr. Ford is currently the Vice President of commercialization of future oil and gas production contracts for CORPO-PETROL.  Mr. Ford has attracted a large group of buyers to the operations of CORPO-PETROL.  This group has contracted to purchase all the crude oil which the Company’s properties in Wyoming Fields will produce during the period from 2009 to 2013, with available extensions.  He has secured two irrevocable purchase orders totaling a minimum value of approximately USD$635 million for the collective production of 12,000,000 barrels of oil to be delivered from the Company’s Wyoming Properties.

Mr. Ford founded Pacific Oil, Ltd. in 1976.  In 1998, Pacific Oil, Ltd. expanded its operations and began to act as both an agent and a trader in the crude oil markets.  Over the last several years it has sold large-volume ARAMCO oil contracts.  In addition, Mr. Ford deals directly with such major oil companies as British Petroleum and Shell Oil.

MARC THOMSON

Chief Energy Advisor

Mr. Thomson is the Chief Energy Advisor to CORPO-PETROL.  In that capacity, he provides expertise both in world crude oil markets and the refinery construction business.  He has more than 30 years experience in various sectors of the energy industry.  Specifically, he has been an active participant in the development and construction of several key oil refineries in Russia and Iraq.  He is also a successful energy trading broker, specializing in crude oil and petroleum products around the world.

In 2000, a major Brazilian ethanol producer commissioned Mr. Thomson to formulate a study of the potential expansion of ethanol sales in North America.  As a part of that analysis, he assisted in establishing guidelines for the expanded use of ethanol in the production of gasoline.

Oxbow Petroleum Company, an affiliate of Koch petroleum, commissioned Mr. Thomson in 1984 to develop and formulate a sales study to market crude oil produced from oil producers to end users in consuming countries using non-traditional purchase/sale transactions.  This study led to the development of various types of creative formulas whereby crude oil could be sold on credit to end users, subject to its refinement in consuming countries, to ensure a steady stream of crude oil supply.  Market and price downturns fluctuations were reduced as producing companies became engaged directly in the requirements in consumer countries.

In 1982, Mr. Thomson was appointed by the Oil Ministry of Iraq as an independent consultant in oil and energy related issues.  His mandate was to formulate an independent oil policy which identified major concerns and shortcomings regarding production levels and marketing schemes. The study also assessed Iraq’s petroleum reserves and daily production and offered solutions by which larger portions of markets in consuming countries could be captured.  Mr. Thomson has in depth knowledge and experience in designing, evaluating and managing international development projects and programs in the public and private sectors, having managed multi-disciplinary teams in difficult situations, and trained many host country counterparts.

Mr. Thomson has held several senior management and advisory positions at the World Bank in energy and private sector development, policy formulation and commercial project implementation.  He helped to design and manage the World Bank’s largest single lending program establishing a template for subsequent public and private infrastructure initiatives in the power, transport, housing, water and infrastructure sectors throughout the world.

Mr. Thomson earned his B.S. in economics from New York University, and received an M.B.A. degree from American University, Washington DC.
